Charter Statement Dec. 31st 2002 The intent of the CMD MC is to bring together riders that share the same philosophies on riding and on life. It was the intention of the founding fathers to establish a brotherhood MC with Ma and Pa philosophies so that the families of the patch members could still be involved, as associates or just as family and friends. CMD does not support any criminal behaviors at all, and it is the duty of the President as well as the other officers to always and forever ensure that the bylaws are strictly followed. The purpose of the creation of the CMD was to build a club that brought together our love of riding and the love of our friends, family, and community all together in one group. A Club where many can work together and accomplish so much more than a single individual could ever hope to. Wearing a common patch, our colors, is our method to show respect for ourselves, our brothers and sisters, and our community.
